Greetings fellow light workers!

Once again, I am humbled by the commitment and talent of
my plein air students. Throughout April they worked long
hours in the parks, making great strides, creating some
outstanding work, and best of all, they are lovely people
whom I am privileged to know.

If you are in Maryland between June 7th and the 28th, stop
in the McBride Gallery on Main Street in Annapolis to see my
work. The show is called "Rising Stars: 10 Artists to Watch."
Ironically, the Gallery is next to my Dad's store on Main
Street. My Dad retired last year, but every time I visited, I'd
stop in the gallery to see their beautiful collection. It's a great
honor for me to be in the show, as I have long admired the
Gallery, it's owner, and her very talented daughter, painter
Abigail McBride.

If you are in the Wayne, PA area in the second half of May,
stop in the Wayne Art Center to see their plein air show.
Looking forward to seeing new friends there, and painting the
Spring landscape outside Philadeliphia.

Off to Sonoma! Check back for those paintings in late May.
